Magical Vacation appears on Game Boy Advance Nintendo Classics for Switch in Japan

Nintendo has released Magical Vacation as a Game Boy Advance Nintendo Classics entry for Nintendo Switch in Japan. Those who have an active Japanese Nintendo Switch Online subscription with the additional option to access GBA games can now find this title in the list.

For the record, Magical Vacation was originally published by Nintendo in December 2001 in Japan. It would later also have a Virtual Console port for Wii U in August 2015. But along with today's Switch Classics release, all of them are only available exclusively in Japan due to the lack of localized releases. Nintendo would also later release a sequel to this game for the DS in 2006, and that one actually received worldwide localization as Magical Starsign.

Going back to Magical Vacation, this Classics release appears as a direct port of the original GBA game. However, players can also still access the local and online multiplayer features like Amigo and Versus Battle, which is still supported internally.
