Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 2025 Winter Update launches new event, characters, and storytelling features
Developer Shift Up has launched a new major update for its free-to-play title Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. The 2025 Winter Update for NIKKE brings a number of feature updates, as well as a limited-time story-based event featuring new versions of characters Brid and Diesel. The update is live now, and the event will run until December 30, 2025.
The winter event for NIKKE is titled "Terminus Ticket" and picks up from the conclusion of the recent "Blank Ticket" event, which ran from late November to early December 2025. Like Blank Ticket, the event stars members of the Infinity Rail squad, a group of Nikkes that operates the Ark's AZX train service. The AZX has recently been given clearance to run on the surface for the first time, and Infinity Rail is set to escort Nora, an elderly Ark resident that's been waiting decades to return to travel on the surface.

Besides the event story, players will be able to roll the gacha for two new playable variants of Infinity Rail members Brid and Diesel, sporting new costumes and abilities. Diesel: Winter Sweets is a Burst 3 Fire-element Rocket Launcher unit with a specialization in improving her Sustained Damage. Meanwhile, Brid: Silent Track is a Burst 2 Fire-element Shotgun unit who can boost the team's attack and improve their damage against Wind-element enemies.

The winter update also includes other promotions, including banner reruns of previous winter event characters like Maiden: Ice Rose and Guillotine: Winter Slayer. Characters Blanc and Bready get new winter-themed costumes as well, with Blanc's Fortune Express costume available via the premium Costume Gacha while Bready's Frosty Bite costume can be acquired by leveling up and purchasing the battle pass-style pass running alongside the Terminus Ticket event.
Permanent additions to Goddess of Victory: NIKKE include additions to the Minigame Arcade and "Story Line Mode", a way for players to review archived scenes from the main story and various major events arranged in chronological order, as a way of making the storyline easier to parse or review. In light of the 3rd Anniversary Event and the latest main story chapters, NIKKE is in something of a narrative transition period, with several major plot threads concluding and shifting into a new phase, making it a good time for players to take stock of the game's backmatter to date.
NIKKE is available on mobile platforms and PC, and the winter event runs until December 30, 2025.
