Japanese flip phone action RPG Monstre Waltz ported to Nintendo Switch, with PC Steam release to follow
G-Mode has revealed that they are gradually releasing the port of Hopemoon's 2007 flip phone action RPG Monstre Waltz. The company has immediately released the port on Nintendo Switch via the Japanese eShop, with a 10% discount from ¥1,500 to ¥1,350 applicable until February 19. The same port is also coming to PC via Steam, although the latter still has no release window yet.
This was one of the new ports recently announced by G-Mode. The main highlight of this reveal was the port of Armored Core Mobile 3. But out of the 5 titles shown here, Monstre Waltz is the one that fits our RPG genre scope.
You can find the official trailer, screenshots, and descriptions for Monstre Waltz right below. Even though the Steam page includes descriptions in English, the actual game is only slated to support Japanese, just like the original flip phone game.
