NIS America shares The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon opening movie

NIS America has shared the opening video for The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon ahead of its launch next week.

The opening movie features a short version of the song Shiroisekai by Falcom Sound Team jdk. It is also in the game's original soundtrack, now available on streaming services and on CD.

The Opening Movie features the original song "Shiroisekai – Short Ver." by Falcom Sound Team jdk, showcasing arrangement and lyrics by Mitsuo Singa, with co‑arrangement and keyboard by gakia2. The piece highlights a rich ensemble of performers, including vocals by Megumi Sasaka, saxophone by ADD, guitar by Sakura Yoshida / PBM, violin by Kazuhiro Tanizaki, and bass by NAOKIX. The track appears on the upcoming album The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki – Farewell, O Zemuria – Original Soundtrack.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon is coming to Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG) platforms on January 15, 2026 in celebration of the series' 20th anniversary.
