Dear Me, I was... is priced at $7.99 and now available on Steam, Google Play for Android, the eShop for Nintendo Switch, and the App Store for iOS. The game appears to not include cross buy support as of this writing. I own the Japanese Switch 2 version and it did not offer a discount or anything for the Switch 1 version. This takes a while to roll out sometimes though. You can find the latest trailer for Dear Me, I was... below with more details from Arc Ssytem Works:

“Dear me, I was…” is a short story told without text. The beautiful aquarelle artworks captivate the heart, with each player able to interpret the meaning behind them.
To best experience the game, headphones and some time is recommended, making players immerse themselves in a certain woman’s tale of joys and sorrows.
