The Hundred Line update 1.2.0 is now available, lets players skip the prologue and enemy movement animations

The Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy- has gotten its major 1.2.0 update today. It is out now on Steam and Nintendo Switch worldwide.

This update lets players skip the prologue, skip enemy combat animations, adds Korean language support, and more. It arrives a few weeks before the game's 1st anniversary. If you haven't played the game yet, a free demo with save data transfer is available on both Switch and Steam. Read Cullen's thoughts on the game here and my comparison feature going over the Steam and Switch versions here across handhelds. Note that it is a much better experience now on Switch 2 handheld via boost mode as I covered here. The portraits looked awful before. If you're curious about the future of the game, read my interview with Kazutaka Kodaka going over DLC plans and much more here.

The Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy- is out now for Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam) worldwide.
