Following the game's announcement earlier this year, Konami has confirmed that Castlevania: Belmont's Curse will launch on October 15 for PS5, Xbox, and PC platforms, with a new trailer during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026. The Nintendo Switch version will be released later in 2026.

A brand-new trailer debuted during the Xbox Games Showcase, featuring new gameplay, a first look at additional environments and bosses, and the original artwork created by acclaimed illustrator and manga artist Katsuya Terada. The trailer reveals Rose Belmont, daughter of Trevor Belmont, as she battles her way beneath the catacombs of Paris and the dark halls of Dracula’s castle, showing the game’s exploration-driven combat, gothic atmosphere and signature game mechanics.
Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is an exploration-based 2D action game developed jointly by Konami, Evil Empire and Motion Twin. The story unfolds in Paris, France, in 1499—23 years after the events of the popular series entry Castlevania III. Rose Belmont, daughter of the Dracula-slaying hero Trevor Belmont, sets out to defeat monsters whilst exploring the burning streets of Paris and Dracula’s castle, utilizing a variety of weapons and skills, including the sacred whip ‘Vampire Killer’.
