Super Robot Wars Z II: Ruination Remastered is in the works

At the Super Robot Wars 35th anniversary stream, Bandai Namco's Kota Toma revealed Super Robot Wars Z II: Ruination Remastered. The producer confirmed that the Super Robot Wars console game development team is now working on this after they are completely done with Super Robot Wars Y and its DLCs.

This game originally appeared as Dai-2-ji Super Robot Taisen Z: Hakai-hen. Bandai Namco released it exclusively in Japan on the PlayStation Portable in 2011. This was the second entry in the Super Robot Wars Z series, which comprised 5 entries in total (Z, Z II-1, Z II-2, Z III-1, and Z III-2).

Kota Toma also confirmed that the team will release this remaster worldwide with localizations in multiple languages, including English. The stream thus confirmed that Super Robot Wars Z II: Ruination is the official English localized title for this crossover strategy RPG.
