The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered for PS5 Pro will run at 60fps with ray tracing and support PSSR

Following the Nintendo Switch 2 showcase, CD Projekt Red covered the The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered PS5 Pro enhancements during its REDstreams: On the Go! gamescom 2026 | Day 3 presentation.

The Witcher 3 - Remastered on PS5 Pro will run at 60fps with ray tracing and also have a performance mode that unlocks the frame rate. In the performance mode, it can run at 90fps as revealed in the video here. The team went on to confirm that for those who skipped the ray tracing mode on PS5 before because it was 30fps, it will be 60fps on PS5 Pro with ray tracing, but there will not be additional ray tracing features "right now". This means it will have the same ray tracing features as base PS5, but run at 60fps.
