Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut confirmed for Wii U, first screens released

Square Enix has just officially confirmed the existence of Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut for Nintendo's Wii U console, releasing a first batch of screenshots and information on how the Wii U version of the title will work.

The title features a set of Wii U GamePad features, utilizing the unique controller for things such as touch-screen hacking, map editing, sniping, grenade throwbacks as well as inventory and quest management and other features.

The game features the 'Missing Link' and 'Tong's Rescue Mission' DLC episodes - and unlike the other versions, both of these chapters are now fully integrated into the story. The game will also boast other improvements - refined combat, better balance, visual improvements and most notably overhauled boss fights - thus tackling one of the greatest areas of criticism of the original release.

No release date was confirmed - but we'll keep you posted. Check out the first shots below.
