Dragon Quest VIII for smartphones may be coming Westward

A recent trademark filing may give us an indication that Square Enix is preparing to bring over the mobile version of Dragon Quest VIII here in the West.

For the unitiated, "Journey of the Cursed King" is the subtitle for Dragon Quest VIII. Seeing as how this is a new application and not a renewal, it is pretty safe to say that Square Enix has strong intentions here. You can check out a trailer for the iOS version below.
