Classic JRPG, Romancing SaGa 2, will be heading to PSVita, PS4, Xbox One, PC and the Switch on December 15. This version will include new visuals and features. New features include a New Game + feature, the Avalonian Gardens, and four new dungeons for players to explore. The offical PlayStation Europe blog also had an interview with Director Akitoshi Kawazu on the themes and core elements of Romancing SaGa 2. You can watch the announcement trailer below.
The game does not seem to have a pricepoint currently, but the game will have a 20% discount on all platforms until January 8. You can find the Steam page here.

Originally released in 1993, the landmark title in the SaGa series has players leading the Varennes Empire in battle against the Seven Heroes. A free scenario system—a hallmark of the SaGa series—enables the player to take command of a variety of protagonists along the line of imperial succession and experience the history of a nation as it grows and changes.
Enhanced features include:
- Updated graphics and audio
- New character classes provide added depth and tactical possibilities to gameplay
- New dungeon provides greater challenges
- “New Game+” feature carries over useful character attributes and items into a new game, enabling players to obtain missed items, or save previously sacrificed lands and companions.
