Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana for PC now set for April

The English release of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana has been anything but smooth - from needing a complete do-over in the localization to the PC version being delayed more than once. Today, NIS America has announced that the PC release of the game is now set for April.

The announcement comes from different than usual place this time around. NIS America president Takuro Yamashita made an appearance on the YouTube channel 'Greg's RPG HeaveN' to announce the release window. In discussing the release, Yamashita says: “Because we have to support a lot of different types of machines, so that’s why we need to improve the speed and we need to optimize, in a better way, the PC version." He continues: "Actually next month, April, we are ready to release the PC Steam version for Ys VIII.”
