Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age Definitive Edition gets a lengthy demo ahead of release

Nintendo has released a free demo for Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age Definitive Edition, which lets players get a head start on the game ahead of its September 27 release.

The demo is a lengthy one, with about ten hours worth of content available which can be transferred over to the full game. For those familiar with Dragon Quest XI, it allows players to progress through the game up to when Veronica joins the party. Whether you are new to Dragon Quest and want to see what it's all about, or if you simply want to get a head start in front of a busy September, this is certainly a good deal to check out.

The only downside is that the demo does not allow for the 2D gameplay mode, which will be an option in the full game.
