Ys: The Oath in Felghana updated with English voices and Ys: Memories of Celceta updated with Japanese voices on PC

XSEED Games has announced that Ys: Memories of Celceta for PC has been updated with the Japanese voice track. XSEED had previously detailed plans to update the 2018 PC release to support dual audio when the upcoming PlayStation 4 version was announced late last year.

Perhaps more interestingly, XSEED has also updated the PC versions of Ys: The Oath in Felghana with the English voice track. While the game had voices in the 2010 PSP version, the later-released English PC version never included a voice track until now. The game has also been updated with alternate soundtracks from the console version (PC-88/X68K), and the configuration tools menu has also been updated with volume sliders and BGM type options.

Ys: Memories of Celceta is a remake of the 4th Ys game in the series, originally released for PlayStation Vita in 2012. Ys: The Oath in Felghana is a remake of the 3rd Ys game chronologically, originally released for Japanese PCs in 2005.

To commemorate the updates, XSEED Games is offering sale prices for both titles on Steam, GOG.com, and the Humble Store for one week through February 26. Ys: Memories of Celceta is discounted by 25% and Ys: The Oath in Felghana is discounted by 70%.
