Shoujo Jigoku no Doku Musume introduces new characters
Nippon Ichi Software has revealed new characters and screenshots for action RPG Shoujo Jigoku no Doku Musume. We also get some more information on the game's overall premise.
Additionally, new artwork for previously revealed protagonists, Doku Musume, White Doku Musume, and The Girl in Mourning Dress can be seen in the gallery.
Game Overview
You as the Protagonist will purify various areas in Hell in order to reach "Heaven" where one wish can be granted. When you have successfully purified an area, the Higan Radio will reward you with a Special Sticker. Collecting 5 of these stickers will apparently allow you to go to Heaven.
The Higan Radio channel is being run by two unknown female hosts who will also provide useful in-game information such as the appearances of poisonous swamps within Hell and the agony of the girls that created them.
Characters
Dorami Sanzugawa (voiced by Shizuka Arai): An ogress who works at the souvenir shop nearby the radio tower in Hell. Since it's very rare for living people to visit the shop, her main task is to 'ferry' them to Heaven. Although she looks young and beautiful, she calls herself as "Granny" so her age is unknown. She is also known for her big 'assets'.
Mysterious Woman (Left): A mysterious woman who wears something like a man's ceremonial dress. For some reason, she seems to know well about the protagonist who just came to Hell. She even has some information regarding your Doku Musume partner.
Black Doku Musume (Right, voiced by Yumi Hara): A mysterious Doku Musume met in Hell. Doku Musumes are normally meant to inhibit a living person, but there are no sights of her supposed partner like the Protagonist or the Girl in the mourning dress. At the first glance, she's an easygoing sexy girl who speaks with a Kyoto accent, but her true identity is still unknown.
