Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse Update 1.1 makes some puzzles easier and adds more detailed hints

Square Enix has released Patch 1.1 for Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse, making some puzzles easier, adding more detailed hints for some puzzles, and fixing various bugs.

Thank you for playing Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse. An update patch (Version 1.1) has been released. The details of this update are as follows:

Specification Changes

  • Error messages will now be displayed if a manual save fails.

  • Some puzzles have been adjusted by relaxing requirements and adding clearer guidance, making them easier to solve.

  • Some puzzles have been adjusted so that the Storyteller’s hints are more detailed.

Bug Fixes

  • Several minor issues have been fixed.

Precautions

If you have a save file from partway through a chapter that has been updated, the game state will not be reproduced correctly when loading. After updating, you will need to restart that chapter from the beginning.
