Romancing SaGa 3 remake gets dated for Early 2019 in Japan
It's been quite some time - more than a year - since Square Enix announced a remake for Romancing SaGa 3. Today, Square Enix revealed a new trailer for the game, and has announced a release date of Early 2019 for Japan. Similar to Romancing SaGa 2’s remake, this remake will come to most of the current platforms available, at least in Japan: PlayStation Vita, iOS/Android smartphones, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Windows 10, and Steam.
The original Romancing SaGa 3 for Super Famicom never received an official localization, but series lead Akitoshi Kawazu has previously commented that a Western version for the remake is imminent. A localization also seems likely considering the list of platforms.
