Key Information about Maiko Oohashi

  • Prerequisite: May 6th, requires buying Mad Bull and the Weird Takoyaki for Maiko.
  • Available Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays in the daytime.
  • Location: Nagasaki Shrine
  • Max Social Link Persona: Attis
Maiko is a social link that becomes accessible starting on May 6th. The unlocking condition is straightforward; you simply need to buy her relatively cheap food, and you can begin the social link on the next day. The social link is easy to maximize if you bring a matching Arcana, requiring only two extra days if you select all the correct choices.

One thing to note about Maiko is that she shares the spot as the Akinari social link, and Maiko will tell you to attend his Social Link when she's not available. Additionally, she can go missing in later parts of the game to Tartarus, and you must rescue her as part of the Persona 3 Reload Missing People quests before then, or else this social link can be missed forever. Besides that, her availability works out well, as she will be at the shrine when your school is having exams, giving you time to spend with her.

Social Link Choices

  • Grab a Mad Bull from a vending machine. You can find it in the Iwatodai Station or at the dorm.
  • Also get a Weird Takoyaki from Octopia in Iwatodai Strip Ball, which is a little more expensive.
  • With these items in hand, visit Naganaki Shrine on any daytime Monday-Saturday, and share the food with Maiko.
  • After sharing the food, answer that you will see her again. Visit her on another day to start the Social Link.
